Yoga Therapy and Stress Reduction

In this six week course, we are going to cover postures, breathing practices, and meditations that help us develop resiliency, and that help build up the nervous systems baseline response to situations that we often perceive as stressful. It will be a slow moving, calm class. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
